Really enjoyed my round at Galtres, don't let the 122 slope fool you, there are some very tight fairways and easily reachable OB around the course. Holes are not especially long, however; dog legs, hazards and other course features make it a fair challenge

Lovely course in great condition, despite all the dry weather we've been having. Very open so quite forgiving! Enjoyed it.

Well maintained course peaceful surroundings. Most holes are very forgiving and have wide open fairways although if you do go in the rough there's not much chance of finding your ball let alone playing it out as it's very dense. Great course for 'improving' players. Came across a couple of places where there was debris lying around from grounds maintenance but nothing of note to spoil the round. Will definitely be going back. Great value for £25 .

I haven’t been playing very long. But from the courses I have played, this one is great. The pro shop is well stocked and pro whom I briefly spoke to was helpful. The course is in great condition it’s challenging and its fun. If its your first time, it is also well sign posted on your way around.
