Food At 52 Cookery School

Did the 12-5pm Southern Indian course with my son. I'd recommend this very highly - although I'm an experienced cook I still felt I learned a lot. The atmosphere was lovely with so many like-minded people and the instructors really informative and supportive. Delicious food and wine too!

My first cookery course and I loved it! An amazing day cooking Southern Indian cuisine with excellent teachers in a relaxed and friendly environment, which was great to share with a small group of like-minded, wannabe chefs. Incredible day! Such an memorable birthday present. Learnt a lot much about foods, flavours & cooking technique. Such a lovely atmosphere & the pace of the day was perfect. Tom was an excellent teacher and so friendly. Would really love to do another course!

Delightful day! We did the South Indian full day course and I couldn't recommend it enough. Emily and the team are brilliant, and the food is fantastic. Most importantly, the flow of wine keeps coming and coming...! Edit - we went back and did the Moroccan half day course! Another excellent experience with wonderful food and wine. Best fun we have had as a team EVER. Emily and her team were amazing and made our evening ever so special. Highly recommend Southern Indian menu - with lesson on spices and great cooking tips. Great fun / team building / birthday treat... the venue set up is perfect for large groups with the "come to my house and cook" feel. Thank you again Emily and the team!
