Great new facility, which we are lucky to have in Wrexham. Experienced staff running different sized group PT sessions or even 1:1, whatever suits you. I can't recommend this gym enough, do yourself a favour, and drop in to see for yourself 👍
The guys at Focused Fitness give you a great one to one coaching experience. They set the pace that’s right for you and are supportive through those ‘I don’t want to train’ days.
The small social classes they run are great too, with the numbers just right to enable them to keep you on track.
I’d recommend Alex, Connor and Kez to anyone who wants to get back in to a fitness routine that challenges, but yet is still achievable.
