  • Rob is a genuinely talented sports masseuse and physio. He has been invaluable in keeping me injury free during a marathon training cycle, identifying any areas at risk of injury and preemptively massaging away any tightness in these areas. He's very easy to talk to, both willing to listen and also share advice/tips (including 'prehab' and strengthening exercises). His sessions are great value, in every sense of the word. I'd recommend Rob without hesitation.

  • Having had back related issues from my work for years I’ve been to see physio’s, chiropractors and tried all sorts of things to help. Rob’s massages are by far the best immediate help when I need it. He is professional, hugely knowledgeable, and I always come away from a massage feeling reset. Highly recommend him to anyone.

  • I have seen Rob for several massages and always leave feeling much better. Rob is really knowledgeable and knows how to target problem areas effectively. He's also been great at giving me advice on stretching and strengthening exercises. And to top it all off he's a lovely guy! I would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking for a sports massage.

  • I had great pre- and post- marathon sports massages from Rob - really helped iron out the little bits of soreness I picked up in training, and felt like such a treat to ease the aches and pains after the run. Rob is very knowledgeable and gave me some useful tips and last minute strength and stretching exercises. A really friendly and relaxed atmosphere too. Highly recommend!

  • Rob did a very thorough job and is full of useful knowledge and guidance to help me rehab my injuries and postural imbalances. He's super easy to talk to and has a lovely, relaxed manner which helps make the pain of the deep tissue work more manageable! This is the kind of massage that might hurt for a day or two afterwards but you'll feel sooooooooooo much better for it in the long run!! :) Thanks and see you next month, Rob.
