Amazing classes!! Love the teachers and the studio. Only tiny thing is that the lighting in poor in the changing rooms and it would be lovely to have some nice products and music in there too. Love FLOW tho!

Great studio! Beautiful space, spotless clean, very professional, with everything you need, and super friendly staff. Lots of variety too. Fun classes.

Lovely, clean and pretty place. I took a Pilates class here. All the equipment was provided, also mats and towels. There are showers and a water fountain as well. Will come again.

If you want to be yelled at by the staff, this is the perfect place. I was late to the bootycamp class for 3 minutes, because my previous class at Flow Ldn finished late. I asked the tutor if i could join, only to be yelled at and to be thrown out. Reception were also very rude and even though they knew i was late from the other class they were not helpful. Also dressing rooms and classes need to be cleaned. Will never come back again after such an horrible and humiliating experience.

Classes are overall good and now they added new ones (Sundays!) which is a big plus. However… Improvements from an annual paying customer: - Floors aren’t cleaned on reformer class and socks get dirty immediately. - shower facilities have the same cheap smelling soap. - worn out towels which are not great for a Pilates studio in this area. - Pilates reformer classes are a hit or miss as it depends on the instructors and the good ones have left.
