A place for full peace and connection with ourselves. The environment and teachers are absolutely adorable, giving us a moment of pause inside our busy daily routine. Well done guys!
Really nice studio with a lovely, welcoming vibe. The classes feel intimate without feeling exposed which is nice for a beginner/intermediate. All of the teachers I’ve seen so far have been lovely too, highly recommend :)
Good Soundbath class. Very relaxing. The girl that hosted the class was very friendly. Timely. Clean. Small but intimate venue. Room was slightly cold but we were given extra blankets. Would recommend.
Beautiful space with fantastic teachers. It was a complete lifesaver during lockdown to do the online classes and so nice to be able to go back in now. The classes can be as challenging or relaxing as you want them to be - all of the teachers are great at guiding you to listen to what your body needs.
