Cancelled my daughter's membership in January after her being ignored, not knowing what she was supposed to be doing and basically being in a shambles of a class. Absolute crook. My wife signed up to a taster session for our daughter. Turned up in tuffley to an empty hall. Asked to cancel and be taken off the system. 3 months later we notice he's been taking 40 pounds a month out of our account. (He takes a card detail to book taster session). Would not respond to text messages and emails. Had to get the bank to cancel. Stay well away from this business.

Absolutely appalled. Our daughter used to love going to the classes , when they actually went ahead! Then we were told that on top of the monthly fee, there would now be a fee for some sort of gymnastics membership/ admin fee type thing. Classes looks chaotic, older kids were always push herself in front of the queue ( kids group 4-7 )Just one teacher not much structure, my daughter looks lost without anyone directing her. Really bad communication. During lockdown money was taken from my account without my knowledge and asking. When I notice I try to contact no response on emails, messages or answering my phones!

Update after reading Flip &Twist reply: Please note they cancelled 2 paid sessions for having a holiday! And 1 paid session was cancelled to wait for a covid test result! I paid 4 sessions and received only 1! I reported the business and I made a court claim and I have evidence to prove everything I say! I definitely don't recommend them!
