This organisation and their staff are supposed to be a people company responsible for taking care of vulnerable people. However, they are uncaring, untruthful, inconsiderate and rude. The treatment by staff and top management is awful. If one dares complain, they untruthfully and unethically cover up everything and give you a very hard time for any complains. I feel very sorry for anyone being "cared" for.

The organisation is rife with unethical and untruthful staff and top management. Very money minded and extremely rude with poor behaviour. They do not only carry but also go to great lengths to disallow any mention of abuse or negligence. The reviews that they receive are vetted by the care home, so of course no negative reviews will be published. If I could, my review would give no stars and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I called to speak to Reception and they were unhelpful and hung the phone up before I had finished.

Terrible carers and don't expect an assement or a manager visit.
