  • My 16 year old Son has just joined the gym but was looking for some guidance on exercise. Isaac attended Karen’s learn to lift workshop where Karen wrote him a plan and explained which areas to work on together. Karen was very knowledgeable and informative making sure Isaac demonstrated good form and understanding. She also gave advice on logging reps and weights. Karen also provided some nutrition advice.   • I've been training with Karen for the last year, which is testament to her greatness, as this is the longest I have ever consistently undertaken any exercise programme. She's really motivating and gives me the fear (in a good way) to want to do better. Her patience and humour is also valued. Karen is very knowledgeable and the insights into how and why and what we are doing are really helpful. I've gained muscles and strength I never knew I had. Totally recommend. If I can do this, anyone can!

Karen is well-informed and friendly, making you feel comfortable while pushing you to progress. She doesn’t force you to do anything you’re uncomfortable with, but she does encourage you to achieve personal bests and to challenge yourself!
