  • I saw nick a few years ago when I was having terrible back and neck problems. He started off with massage therapy and then we moved to a combination of rehab and exercise. The best thing about Nick is that he would stay until he got what he needed to achieve done! You never felt like there was time constraints - he is the nicest person, very knowledgeable and incredibly good at what he does.   • I did over a year of rehab with Nick after a pair of slipped discs. He basically taught me how to pick things up in the first week and helped me manage the pain. After time, and under his care, we worked and worked until one day the pain had gone and I was doing Olympic lifts. Fixed. Trained. Performed. I cannot recommend this company enough. 10/10.
