Highly recommend! I’ve been training with Seb for a few months - he always tailors the session to me and I’m happy with the results and improved fitness.

This is what has been missing in the fitness industry! A really well kit out, professional and friendly place. The business works in a way that is perfect for both PTs and clients. The PT booths mean that you can really have that 1 on 1 time with clients and they have everything you need. The studio is perfect for small group training and again really well set up and kitted out. I really enjoy training people here and my clients love it too!

Always enjoy my PT sessions here. Never having to wait for equipment to become free, and not being consistently interrupted. This is a a place where the personal trainer is focused on their client rather than surroundings. Each booth is packed with new and modern equipment. I much prefer working out in this studio than at a regular gym. Even the showers are great for those before work sessions.

Fitstudioz is an amazing concept and place for us instructors to gather our communities. I’ve been wanting to start running my own yoga classes for a while but that’s just because Fitstudioz wasn’t there yet. It’s ideally located, the studio is really nice and intimate and the owners are great people! This is what was missing to the fitness industry in London and a great opportunity for many instructors and PTs!

First PT session at new fitness place in Greenwich. Never seen anything like it before! Everything I needed to train was in one place! No waiting for equipment, no crowds. Best training session ever! Will be a regular visit
