I'd like to start off saying this is actually a really good gym and that the most of the personal trainers are nice enough people but they didn't really listen to my needs or goals and the manager there set a bad example to his staff. Ben and Joe have transformed this business since taking it over. They care and motivate their clients to become the best of themselves. Since the lockdown they have kept me going with encouragement ,going the extra mile with online sessions and open park sessions. If your looking to make a change then make the 📞 call. This is the most amazing gym! If you are looking for a more personal touch. The trainers are amazing they are focused and committed to getting you the best results. The classes are different every day which keeps its fresh not the same boring routines. They also give you nutritional advice for improving your diet. This gym has a great vibe and members are all different whether in shape size or age but the trainers are just so committed to us reaching our individual goals.

Have been training at Fitstart for over a month now, I can honestly say it’s been one of the most positive experiences in fitness I have had! Motivating trainers, amazing members that are like minded and really encourage each other ! Everyone is individual, all different fitness levels but all made to feel as part of a team! Ben the owner is real, has integrity, Joe is a brilliant trainer! Thanks guys, I’m loving it!! Highly recommend!!!
