Fitroots

My son has been coming here for only a few months and already we have seen his confidence and focus grow tremendously. We are so happy we chose FitRoots as his martial arts school, the teachers are brilliant and I would happily recommend this school to other parents.

Aiden and Yasmin at FitRoots have been amazing in supporting my two toddlers in their lessons and helping them to settle in smoothly. My kids absolutely loves martial arts and are always practicing what they learn at home. Their confidence has grown a lot since starting at FitRoots which is a credit to their senseis and would highly recommend FitRoots!

Our two boys have recently joined FitRoots, they absolutely love every lesson. They are so happy with their senseis and the training they are receiving. FitRoots is not only about martial arts but focuses on the mind, meditation and motivation facts of life. The classes and groups are small and each child gets the attention and mentoring they need. Our 4 years old son has only recently started at FitRoots and he is really enjoying every lesson. We are so proud of what he has achieved so far. We have seen a noticeable positive change in his confidence and he really looks forward to going every week. Sensei Yasmin and Sensei Aiden are great professionals for our little boy in helping him develop mentally, physically and emotionally. We are looking forward to seeing more good changes.
