  • I have been training with Dave for about 5 months and am really happy with the results. I’ve been training using the hybrid method, a mix of face-to-face sessions and working out alone. The face-to-face time with Dave in the gym has really helped me learn about training and exercise. I now feel confident to train alone thanks to his guidance. Thanks a lot, Dave.

  • I have been going to the gym since I was 16 so as a 28 year old struggling for motivation I decided to look for a personal trainer. When I met David he was really welcoming and understood my journey and where I wanted to go. As someone who has been the gym before, I was surprised at how much David taught me and helped me gain my love for exercising again.
