A really important thing for me is flexibility as my job is very physically demanding and comes up sometimes last minute and he has been wonderful for that.   • Matt has been my saviour during the Covid pandemic and we have trained together regularly (outdoors in the fresh air or via Zoom) ever since. He always offers a bespoke workout, gives great advice on health and diet and is always up for a good laugh. As an add on, he also gives very effective sports massages - 10/10!

He quickly identified that my forearms where tight and were pulling on my wrists and thus lowering their movement.   • A great trainer and terrific guy to boot! I found Matt to be very adept at encouraging me and building my confidence. He put together plans that worked for me when I had very little spare time to take on extra commitments. We scheduled check-in phone calls which helped to keep me on task.   • After getting injured during a competition, I visited Matt to help aid with my recovery. I was really looked after. Being a personal trainer and a massage therapist, Matt has great knowledge of how to tailor a sports massage to each individual. I just had to describe my symptoms and he pinpointed areas which I would have never considered. He gave me some exercises to do after to help my injury recover as best as possible. I will definitely be going back again.
