Super clean and tidy. Great range of equipment including dedicated free weights room. Changing rooms very clean with great showers. Only thing is there are only 12 lockers in the men's room

Advertised a free 7 day trial on Instagram. I signed up and booked an appointment to meet and get my 7 day pass. Arrived per my appointment. No one there to see me. Came back another day as requested - had someone show me around. I asked about the free trial and nothing - they said I had to sign up. So the free trial actually didn’t exist and the staff knew exactly what they were doing. Very disappointing. In the end I signed up to another gym in the area which had much friendlier staff.

Its an average gym with good equipments, almost close to no staff. Good for cheap membership deals. Good gym covid wise as there arent too many members.

I've been coming here since it first opened in October, and absolutely love it. I have never been to a gym where all the staff know you by name and always greet you with big smiles. Really love the range of classes that are available, particularly Jabs n' Revs and Bells, Bags and Ropes - the 30 minute lunchtime classes mean I can put my lunch breaks to good use and go back to work feeling refreshed. Keep up the good work guys!

Love this gym! Top of the range Technogym equipment which allows you to track your workouts. Very good and varied classes run by friendly instructors who ensure you get the best out of the session. The women’s changing room is always clean and equipped with GHD hair stylers! Conveniently located on the High Street and affordable. Worthy of a 5 star rating 😊
