  • Best personal trainer you could get! Heidi keeps every session different, so you never get bored of doing the same thing. She has helped me massively with my confidence and even with advice for my skin. I can’t thank Heidi enough for all she does!

  • I have been having personal training sessions with Heidi once a week for the last 6 months and the support and encouragement she has given me has been brilliant. Heidi has helped me lose 16 inches of body fat, tone up and lose enough pounds to get me to my ideal weight. Heidi keeps sessions fun and varied, she has a good range of equipment and tailors sessions to match my goals. Heidi also gives some great advice on general health and well being as well.

The first session was enjoyable but hard work, since then I have improved by roughly 15-20% each week, of which I could have NEVER achieved without the motivation from Heidi.
