  • I was looking for something that would help me build a good habit well and I feel like I really found it with Fit Lab: small personal classes, challenging and varied enough to push you but familiar enough to build a rhythm, and a lovely group of people to get fitter with! Any time I am back in Lichfield, I would come back here.

  • I initially went to Ben to improve my overall fitness for an upcoming London marathon. I found the sessions really challenging and varied and Ben is a really good motivator. Not only did my fitness improve considerably but I managed to shave an amazing 32 minutes from my marathon time after joining. Needless to say I made my PT sessions with Ben a permanent fixture. I can't recommend enough.
