  • I joined FitMums in the summer of 2022. I have really enjoyed being part of such a great programme. All the coaches are great, and there are lots of sessions you can attend to fit in with your lifestyle (both in-person and virtually). There are lots of social activities to get involved with too!   • The best decision I have made in 2023! Fit Mums ticks all the boxes for me, since starting the 6 week Foundation Programme I feel so much better mentally, physically and emotionally.
