Lizzie is an excellent PT and a great motivator. I found her classes useful and energising. She has a very positive attitude and is very encouraging.

Have taken part in Lizzie's fitness classes for a while now and absolutely love em. She varies the content every time so keeping them varied keeps the interest up. Have also spoken to her about diets and her attitude is not what people would think as she encourages to eat a good balanced diet and if you fancy a special treat then do it , non of this 'you can't have that it's fattening' scenarios. Don't hesitate to try her services you've nothing to lose.
