I joined Allison's classes a couple of years ago and I must admit, was a little apprehensive when classes went online, but logging on through Zoom couldn't be easier, and it's great being able to exercise in the comfort of my own home. No more worrying about being late or finding a parking space, but still meeting up with other participants albeit virtually! In these unprecedented times, I just wanted to write and say thank you for the free pilate classes you are putting on for BNI members. Doing via zoom is the new norm but it worked very well.
