One of the most uplifting aspects of my work is helping children let go of worries and anxieties and watch them ‘blossom’ as they begin to believe in themselves.

I understand that you, as parents, want the very best for your child so I am very inclusive in my approach. I welcome you in the therapy room if this makes your child more comfortable. You yourself can be reassured and understand my approach.

In a nutshell my approach is, Listen, Engage their imagination in a ‘day dreamy’ way, Help them let the problem go, Construct a solution and Visualise success

I involve them in imaginative metaphors… magic carpets, a palace of possibilities, an energising confidence beam, iPads, Minecraft, a fountain of calming golden stars … I always try to find something meaningful to them … the more meaningful, the more effective!
