First Line Response

I recently completed my FREC 3 with First Line Response. Everything to do with this course has been a step above, from the first email reply to the final certificate being delivered in a folder just shows that they have gone that extra step. The instructors were both clearly knowledgeable in their field with the ability to change their delivery to suit the students. The facilities where fantastic, the training was superb Shawn had loads of knowledge which he was always pleased to share. Coming out of the training I feel very competent and what challenges arises to me. I highly recommend this place for training and it was a absolute pleasure to learn here
