PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY FOR CARE. My experience of first choice a service user has been mediocre at best. I have disabilities and mental health needs and the service was organised by adult social care. They are consistently late, they cancel your care any time they please (stating they have no one to cover you) The admin staff are rude, uncompromising and uncompassionate you my needs.
