If I could leave more stars I would, Holly is an amazing and patient teacher. If you are looking to try something new, pole fitness or arial hoop, then this is the place to go.

I have been learning pole and aerial hoop with Holly for the past 4 years and I love it! Holly is a brilliant teacher - friendly, encouraging and always makes classes fun. If anyone is considering try pole or aerial hoop I would definitely recommend Firefly Poles.

I have been going to hoop and pole classes here for a few years now. The coach, Holly, is super supportive and helpful. The classes are so much fun. It’s great to exercise and laugh with a group of like minded people!

Pole has given me so much and it's all thanks to Holly's amazing teaching and care for her students. She's given us opportunities to perform, attend workshops, even prepped some of us for competitions! I always look forward to class even on the most tired days. There's levels for anyone, and even within each level, Holly will adjust everything to fit each student. I always say I could not have wished for a better pole teacher, and I truly believe that.
