Just experienced wonderful service in this shop on an item I purchased for my wife. Internet was down but we got there in the end. If only every shopping experience was as wonderful as this. Would definitely recommend

Sally and Emma were fantastic in getting a custom-made piece for me. They were both creative, helpful, patient, professional, and very good listeners in the attention to detail and making the piece of jewelry. I would not go anywhere else. I have purchased good value for money other small items ideals for a gift too. I would recommend it, if you are looking for some nice and different from the high street and reasonably priced.

Had the most lovely day making our wedding rings at F & F today. Emma and Sally put us at ease from the start and were so supportive throughout, but also just really lovely company. We are so happy with the end result. Not only it is such a powerful sentiment we made our wedding rings for each other, but they just look so beautiful with a perfect polished finish. We found it cost about the same as buying the rings from a shop and with the extra silver copy you make in the morning it’s even better value.
