Me and my partner have been going to the Academy for a few months now and it has changed our lives for the better, i cannot sing high enough praises, the coaches are world class and come from some of the greatest lineages of martial arts legends. They are as welcoming as the team themselves and the atmosphere is warm, casual and friendly, with great team camaraderie that is hard to find in modern society. my only regret is not going there sooner, so get in there and let the good times roll.

Great gym, great people! Joined the gym together with my 8 year old son over a year ago. Being 40 it was always going to be a challenge, but from the 1st lesson I was positive that it was exactly what the doctor has ordered and never looked back. It is great to share common interest with my son within a comunity of fantastic people!

An increadibly friendly and welcoming environment, the coach's are a font of knowledge and are always eager to help you improve your game! No alpha male nonsense at all, the club has a really tight knit community feel, and the facilities are excellent! Can whole heartedly recommend, especially as someone who struggles with anxiety issues!
