Fighting Fit Krav Maga Watford

Paul is a 10/10 bloke. Really approachable and experienced in his field. Gives you time to practice moves but also explains the reasoning behind it. He checks your knowledge and understanding too. If I wasn’t moving away, I would be joining full time. Such a shame but I couldn’t recommend his business any more!

A really great and inclusive club, that teaches effective self defence for all ages and ability. We have learned so much since we joined 5 months ago, the instructors are extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and the teaching is explained thoroughly at all stages.
