I have trained at most gyms in Derby and this place is a hidden gem. Under one roof you have weights, cardio and boxing kit you can use as a member and included are really good fitness and boxing classes 7 days a week. Great staff who actually help you and the gym has a amazing great vibe when you train there. A must if you want to get results. Price is £4 pay as you go and £13 a month. Give it a go
