Bought a rug online which qualified for free delivery as over £60 which is advertised all over the website. I returned the rug at my cost of £8.50 and only received a partial refund which was minus £5 with no explanation to what the deduction was for. On phoning Fearns farm to question the partial refund I was told it was for the postage to which I explained I didn't pay postage as my order qualified for free delivery as it was over £60. The lady then hung up on me!! Not impressed, poor custo...

Good range of products at amazing prices. Staff always friendly.

Following viewing my required products on line at home and checking they were available, my shopping experience was therfore super quick. Staff allowed my dog to try on their new dog coat to ensure a correct fit which resulted in a sale. A satisfied canine & owner staying high-viz on our country walks. Well worth our journey from outside the post code area.
