Use to go to the more beginner friendly sessions on Fridays. The coaches are amazing at what they do and I couldn't ask for a more welcoming group of people to train with. If you want to start all you will need is your own boxing tape. I only wish my timetable would still allow me to go.
Popped in several times last summer, great mix of technical and fitness. Good coaching and nice lads, I'll definitely be back down when I'm in Cornwall again.
