This is a brilliant club, I would recommend to all to ages and gender. You are made to feel very welcome, Paul is a great trainer and takes the time to show you things properly.
I have been attending the classes for over a year now, I feel so much better for it.
Go get fitter and learn how to defend yourself at the same time.
