I was gifted this experience for my birthday and we had such a great time. Nick is a fantastic teacher and made the evening fun. Our curries tasted lovely and we’re looking forward to making them again at home. A great gift idea!

Fantastic lesson at Fairleys Culinary Academy. Nick is a fabulous teacher and keeps you engaged and interested at all times. He makes you feel extremely welcome and it’s like cooking with a friend. My partner and I went along to the Xmas Curry cooking class and had a fantastic time. We got to make a starter then moved onto the main course, both of which were incredibly tasty. I feel like we left with so much knowledge on how to make an excellent curry that is healthier and far cheaper than any take away we've ever had. Being able to cook is such an important life skill, so I'd 100% recommend people try out the classes and the spice kits.

Brilliant class making really authentic restaurant quality curry. Great attention to detail as the groups are small with the freshest ingredients and finest spices. Amazing flavours. Look forward to going back and learning to cook the perfect Madras!
