Kirsten is everything you want in an HR consultant. She is kind and compassionate to people even when they are behaving poorly and wants the best for them. However she takes no nonsense and is great a helping you to develop an HR policy that is professional, compassionate and has the business and employees best interests at heart. I'd recommend her to anyone.
