F2Fitpro(Muneesh Sharma)

I've been training with Muneesh since January and he's been inspirational. With a stressful job that can keep strange hours, the pounds had slipped on over the previous 3 years and I was extremely out of shape. In the past 6 months Muneesh has helped me lose 3 1/2 stone and I've recently taken part in a mini-triathlon, coming in the top 100 out of 300 people. None of this would have been possible without the fitness plan Muneesh put in place for me and I look forward to the weekly session!
