About Eyemouth High School
Eyemouth High School is a rural state secondary school in the Scottish Borders, located in the south east of Scotland. Our catchment area includes Ayton, Cockburnspath, Coldingham, Eyemouth and Reston. The current school roll is approximately 470. In Januray 2019, Eyemouth High School received a very positive school inspection. The inspection team found the following strengths in the school’s work. There is a very positive climate for learning in all curriculum areas. Almost all young people are motivated to achieve well and they work successfully with their teachers. Guided effectively by the senior leadership team, staff demonstrate clear commitment to improving the learning experiences of all young people. They take part in considerable professional learning.
