I can't fault Extra Hands; we had two carers for my father who gave us more advice about our entitlements from NHS and occupational therapy than we'd ever had from our local surgery. I wish I'd employed them much earlier as Dad had health issues that we were struggling to get help with and he suffered unnecessarily as a result. The carers were kind, very professional and knowledgeable - they made my father's last few weeks happy and comfortable.
