Extremely unprofessional and a very disappointing experience. They never answer voicemessages, calls or emails. I haven’t received my certificates i passed begining of dec its now coming up to three months later. The service im getting is non existence since passing and getting no proof on paper. They are just money chasing thugs. I would definitely avoid this establishment and invest your career elsewhere as this company is not going to provide you with your certificates to progress.

Absolutely amazing experience here. Been to other places but have to say the staff here are the best I’ve come across. Very respectful and down to earth guys. No attitude or rudeness like you would experience in other places. Are mindful of your religious beliefs and take very good care of you. Have to give it to Rashad, a lovely gentleman who will take care of you regardless of who you are. Show them respect and they’ll return the favour ten fold. I went to see them with the intention to do the course. They were quite persistent that in order to do it I will have to pay a deposit of £200 to”reserve a space”. Unfortunately I could not get the rest of the money but now they refuse to give me my £200 back, claiming at first that they had to pay some governing body then it was that they had a lot of expenses registering me with some one.
