The instructor jo is extremely professional. My fitness level has improved loads. I also learned self defence, which improved my confidence and my strength. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE 10/10.

Jo is a fantastic teacher. I passed my black belt at the age of 50. I never thought it would be possible, but Jo was so professional and supportive.

Absolutely fantastic what they have achieved using these classes. The instructor has worked hard during lockdown to continue to give lessons and my children have achieved two more belts. The dedication the instructor has and her team is really inspiring. My children have so much more confidence than two years ago,fantastic! Highly recommended!
