Evolution Osteopathy

I booked appointment with Abbie after having severe back pain. The first appointment was to understand the pain and treat it she also gave me stretches to do. After being diagnosed with a medical condition which she understood I have had 2 further sessions with her. I have found her treatments to be invaluable...not just medically. Today deep tissue massage was absolutely amazing. I can't recommend Abbie enough.

I went to see Stefan following failed treatment with another osteo and physio for an ongoing hip/ groin injury I’d sustained. At this point it was so bad I was waking up with pain and stiffness most mornings and it was effecting my ability to walk, let alone play any sport. I was genuinely shocked by the almost complete resolution after one session. I could not recommend Stefan enough and the sessions were worth every penny!

Matt is a magician - nobody gets to the nub of the issue better. He treats my jaw tension and an old dance hip injury and I always feel 10/10 after visiting. He is also great at giving you at home exercises to keep the issue at bay.

I went to Evolution Osteopathy after trying everything else possible in the market to get rid of my wrist/hand tendinitis. Steffan was absolutely brilliant! So knowledgeable, informative and professional. He got me feeling better after only 1 appointment. By the second appointment I was pain-free and good as new. It's been a couple of months now since the last appointment and I don't have any kind of pain anymore. 5 stars are not enough for Steffan and the practice!
