Want to train from zero, with a supportive but challenging environment? Francis and the other students are fantastically welcoming and patient - even when I couldn't catch my breath for several portions of the class due to my 25 years of bodily abuse and lack of exercise! I cannot recommend Evolution enough.

I have trained with Evolution Martial Arts for over 10 years now and I’ve always enjoyed the training environment. I have trained in Taekwondo, Kickboxing and even Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. What ever your own personal goal is. They will help you achieve it. The atmosphere is always great and warm. The confidence I have developed throughout my years training here has carried over into all aspects of my life including my career and I firmly believe the best decision I made was join the evolution family!

Our daughter started at Evolution Martial Art Centre a couple of years ago, it is amazing the staff are very friendly. She loves going to the classes. The staff are amazing with the children and the quality of the work they get the children doing means they progress well. We would definitely recommend Evolution Martial Arts it’s definitely helped our daughter come out of her shell.
