Fantastic classes for Children and Adults, I highly recommend at least trying them out. Noel is brilliant with the kids in the class, helps build confidence and promotes great values, along with training them in Martial Arts. Both my daughters attend and come out after every class buzzing with excitement and have huge grins on their face. My youngest daughter's confidence is growing with every session.

Noel McNally shares his passion for his art and let's that passion grow in his pupils. The classes are fun, well-planned and his pupils enjoy them. Shy kids grow into confident, strong ones, and if they do that, then Evolution has done it's job. And it does

This is a really friendly and welcoming club. The training is outstanding and Noel has a really good connection with those he trains at the club. A great and worthwhile opportunity for children and adults to build fitness confidence and knowledge in self defense

Absolutely brilliant club. Cannot recommend enough Noel took a shy little girl and filled her full of confidence and skills. Brilliant teacher and knows how to get the best out of you.
