One of the best places to learn Thai boxing in the county I’d say. Super friendly, passionate coaches. Great guys. No egos. All abilities and ages welcome and catered for.

I go here with a boxing coach and the place and staff are amazing and extremely welcoming. I have only just started but all ranges of experience work out here and everyone just gets on. It's not posy or comparative. Would highly recommend!
