Essex Dance Theatre

We have been part of EDT Brentwood family from a young age. Love every aspect from classes through to exams, show nights and workshops.

I used to dance there for 10 years and it is an incredible place to meet new friends who do what they love! The teacher Debbie is an amazing woman and you can talk to her for 5 minutes and you would fall in love with her! Honestly if you want to dance your heart out and make some friends along the way, come down and see the amazing possibilities you could have! 5 stars is definitely as high it can be!

I love this dance school. My daughters have been going for 6 years. Very welcoming and inclusive, excellent value for money. I would recommend to everyone.

Clare who teaches the under 5s is a real dragon. She has no warmth towards small kids, and gives them a short period to settle without parents, otherwise they are just ignored. My daughter did not warm to her and I don't blame her. She picks her favourites early on and that's it. Shocking behaviour towards a 3 year old when it's supposed to be relaxed and fun at that age. The most amazing dance school one can find! Students are taught to the highest standards with full dedication, love and care. The teachers and staff are fantastic. Older experienced students are exemplary in leading the way with mentoring the younger ones. The results prove it all. Keep up the great work!!
