Ive just completed my emergency first aid with Simon. He is an excellent teacher, patient, and answers any questions you may have. Thorough in covering all aspects of the course. I will be returning to renew my first aid with him when the time comes. I feel confident that I can put my newly learned skills to use if needed. Thanks Simon

I attended the ESO education & Training course for my SIA/First aid top-up and really enjoyed the experience. Simon is a excellent tutor, easy going and made everybody feel comfortable and welcome. Highly recommended for anyone looking to further their skills in the security industry.

I wasnt looking forward to doing this course as i hate anything in a classroom / exam setting. Simon taught the course in a way that held my attention and i wanted to finish the exam and pass. The venue was easy to access and the price was great, even a resit included in the price if i failed. i felt comfortable and at ease in a classroom full of males. All in all a good experience and thanks to Simon i passed. Spot on!!!!

Simon made me feel very comfortable during the whole course. The way he explains things and his use of scenarios, I was able to learn and understand things a lot easier and faster. Did not feel like your average boring course. Thank Simon highly recommend you.
