Fantastic friendly amazing people to help others

Got excellent service here from my first phone call to Ian who helped with information on PIP as well as helping with council tax and carers allowance. Then got brilliant help from Hazel who assisted us filling in PIP form.

Not actually been able to use their services because each time ive gone in they've either been shutting early or its an hour+ wait. I wouldnt have minded waiting for an appointment but the receptionist left me stood there for 20 minutes. 3 stars because i know that they do give free and helpful advice. loss of 2 stars for poor managing and service

Could be better managed. I waited an hour to speak to someone to arrange an appointment, which seems unecessary.
