Equatability

Whilst physical access is a barrier to this, an equally significant barrier is people's attitudes. Often these attitudes arise because people don't know how to interact with disabled people and are nervous of "saying the wrong thing". We believe that through education and training this lack of understanding and confidence can be overcome and attitudinal barriers removed.
