Epping Golf Course

Not the best!! Played here recently (January 2023) Multiple temporary greens in place of the greens, the temporary greens may as well of been in the rough, terrible surface and the holes were twice the size of a standard hole. Had we been advised of this prior to playing we would have considered not playing on this particular day. Excellent course. Sneezed mid swing and my trousers fell down. Was asked to leave. Understandable considering the ferocity of my wardrobe malfunction.

Good course, greens looking good mid summer. Some def no go spots you'll learn after 1st Round. Would recommend

Not a bad course, challenging. We played in the hot summer so most of the fairways were bone dry. Like playing on concrete! Quite a hilly course so course management is a must, especially when the course is dry you find your ball seems always to run towards trouble!? However, although dry fairways, the greens were exceptional. Well watered and hardly a blemish. The greens are also quite challenging some on a couple of levels but they hold a putt well. The course was in very nice condition when I played the first weekend in July 2021. Greens, fairways, tee boxes were immaculate. The only slight (and it is slight) negative was how compressed most of the bunkers were - not that I went into most of them(!), but the rest of my 4 ball group said the same. Also a word for the lovely staff in the clubhouse. Extremely friendly and polite.
