The problem with studying wine, and enjoying studying wine, is that the more you learn the more you realise just how little you know. So it was with studying at EDW. A genuinely fascinating and enjoyable experience that, whilst quite intense, saw me clutching a L3 Merit at the end. My passion for wine whetted with an expanded horizon to explore. I have been to a few of their tastings and i have done the WSET Level 2+3. The courses are thoroughly researched and very well taught in a way that makes the whole subject a lot less bewildering. A lot of work goes into their preparation and so if you want to know more about all aspects of wine, then i would thoroughly recommend it. The same goes for the tastings. Erica and her team have been amazing throughout my wine learning journey. Knowledgeable, with many years of teaching experience and very approachable.
