  • I’ve been a member at Endorph for a few years now. I attend evening group training sessions with Lucy and also one PT a week with Connor which has really helped me level up and generally improve my form, strength and overall fitness. Group training sessions have a positive, lively vibe which I find a perfect way to de-stress and get my head back in the right place after finishing work. All exercises are demonstrated, including modifications to suit all abilities and fitness levels making sur...

  • I can’t speak highly enough about Endorph Fitness - I have now been a member for around 6 months having started with a 6 week taster. Endorph is unlike any other gym I have experienced - the sessions are thoughtfully put together by Connor and Lucy who are constantly offering advice and encouragement. I attend the early 6am sessions and there is such a great team spirit between everyone that makes you enjoy and look forward to the sessions. Add to this nutrition advice, social events and Luc...

  • I started last autumn for the 6 week challenge after a variety of previous fitness attempts, with work and family life often getting in the way. My severe arthritis ha...

It’s also great being a part of a similarly minded bunch of people who are on a mission to improve, get fitter and healthier or regain a level of previous fitness. I’m enjoying feeling part of a team (6am crew) and genuinely look forward to seeing who’s in each day and what ...

  • This is the first time I really, thoroughly enjoy a gym. I joined the 6-week taster in July and signed up as a full member after that. Connor Bishop's motivational energy is matched only by his partner in crime Lucy-Anne who also happens to be his younger sister. But the real difference with other gyms is what they managed to build with the other members: a truly supportive group, a team where no one is judged and everyone is encouraged to give one's best. Despite not being young nor built...
